Terms and Conditions — Rutificador by Trantor SpA / Trantor Fintech

1. What the service is

Rutificador is a Trantor Fintech platform that brings together, in a single interface, official publicly available information about Chilean companies, to make business lookups easier.

The integration is done in good faith and on a best-effort basis. Trantor Fintech does not create the source data: it takes it from public and official sources, organizes it and displays it. There may be delays, omissions or differences with respect to the source, depending on what that source has published and the date of the last update.

2. What it is not

Rutificador is not a credit bureau, not a commercial report, and not an analysis of solvency or ability to pay. It does not replace the assessment each user must make before selling, buying, extending credit or entering into a contract.

3. Basic letter score

The basic score is Trantor Fintech's own indicator. It only summarizes the completeness of the available public information and the aspects described in the score explanation shown next to the result.

A higher letter means that, according to those published criteria, the available information is more complete or the aspects considered in that explanation appear more favorably. It has no other meaning. No reading other than the one given by its explanation should be attributed to this indicator.

The score does not measure, estimate or represent ability to pay, solvency, payment behavior, credit risk or probability of default. No conclusion about those aspects can be drawn from the assigned letter. It is a verification of what is recorded in the sources consulted.

The absence of a score, or a lower letter, is not a recommendation to decline a transaction nor a risk signal. It means that, with the available public information, the indicator does not allow stating more than what its explanation describes. Before a business decision, the source and whatever information the user deems necessary should be reviewed.

4. Use

Users may use the lookup to facilitate their business activity. The decision, and the judgment with which it is made, are theirs. Trantor Fintech does not guarantee that the information is complete, current or sufficient for a credit, collection or contracting decision.

5. Corrections

If a piece of data does not match what the source published, a review can be requested through Trantor Fintech's contact channels. The correction depends on what is recorded in the public source.

6. Privacy and changes

The processing of account data is governed by the Privacy Policy (<a href="/en/extension/politica">https://rutificador.trantorfintech.com/extension/politica</a>). Trantor Fintech may update these terms. The current version is the one published on the site.
